  11.           You may use clX  for a 30 day trial period, provided  you abide
  12.           by  the terms  of  the license  agreement.   (During  the trial
  13.           period,  you are  strongly advised  to  carefully evaluate  the
  14.           Software's   capabilities  against   your  particular  drafting
  15.           style.)  If  you continue  to use clX  after the  30 day  trial
  16.           period, you are obligated to purchase a license.   
  17.  
  18.           Recipients of  clX must be informed,  in advance,  that any fee
  19.           paid  to  acquire  clX  from  a  distributor  does not  relieve
  20.           recipients of their obligation to purchase  a license from  the
  21.           licensor  if they use  clX.  The PC  DOS files which constitute
  22.           clX,  must be  distributed together,  including all  associated
  23.           text  files  (.TXT).    clX  may  only  be  bundled  with other
  24.           products with written permission from the Licensor.

  26.           Upon payment  of the  licence fee,  you will receive  an up  to
  27.           date copy of clX, future updates as they appear, and 12  months
  28.           support.

  32.           an  agreement  to  take  the Software  named  above  on License

  157.           THIS  LICENCE   AGREEMENT  IS  ENTERED   INTO  BETWEEN  GENERIC
  158.           SOFTWARE PTY  LTD, ACN  054 834  196, A  COMPANY REGISTERED  IN
  159.           AUSTRALIA, (HEREIN REFERRED  TO AS "LICENSOR") OF THE ONE  PART
  160.           AND YOU, THE LICENSEE, ON THE OTHER.

  162.           PLEASE READ THIS  DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE  LICENSOR
  163.           SOFTWARE THE SUBJECT OF THIS LICENSE.

  181.           documentation and  materials (herein  collectively referred  to
  182.           as "the Software") are licensed, not sold, to you  for use only
  183.           upon the  terms  of  this license,  and  Licensor reserves  all
  184.           rights not expressly granted to you.

  186.           1.   License.
  187.  
  188.                (a)  This License allows the  Software to be used by up to
  189.                     the  number of users  in your  organisation indicated
  190.                     at "NUMBER OF USERS", above.
  191.  
  192.                (b)  If at any  time you wish  to have more  users of  the
  193.                     software  than indicated  at "NUMBER  OF USERS",  you
  194.                     must  pay  Licensor  an  additional  amount  for  the
  195.                     additional numbers  of users, this additional  amount
  196.                     being the difference between the cost  for the number
  197.                     of current users and the  cost for the new  number of
  198.                     users  as set  under "clX  Registration,  Schedule of
  199.                     Fees".
  200.  
  201.                (c)  No monies  are refundable by  Licensor if you  choose
  202.                     to decrease the number of users.
  203.  
  204.                (d)  You  are  granted  a limited  license  to  distribute
  205.                     copies of  the Software  for the trial use  of others
  206.                     subject to the conditions described below.
  207.  
  208.                     (i)       The  PC  DOS files,  clx.exe,  clxovl1.exe,
  209.                               clxovl2.exe,    clxovl3.exe,    clxman.txt,
  210.                               clxintro.txt,   clxregis.txt,   clxupd.txt,
  211.                               clxplans.txt    and    readme.txt,    which
  212.                               constitute    the   Software
